Keith is a project management-oriented, right of way professional with decades of energy industry and public agency experience. As an innovative leader in process design and refinement, he continues to provide the firms’ clients with insight into the most efficient methods necessary for timely completion of their projects. As an expert witness in the right of way field, Keith has testified or been deposed on behalf of many major oil and gas corporations as well as local, state and federal agencies. He calls Louisiana home, but regularly conducts business across the continental United States and overseas. He continues to consult with clients, both public and private, to solve their domestic and international right of way challenges.

With over 30 years of experience, Brad is one of the most seasoned professionals on our team. His areas of expertise include real estate appraisal, sales, and right-of-way valuation, consulting, negotiation, acquisition, and relocation assistance. He has served as a qualified expert witness and is an experienced instructor of real estate appraisal courses. Brad is passionate about serving the public interest and has held leadership positions in local, state and national real estate regulatory agencies. In his spare time, Brad serves as head engineer of Core Motorsports, his son's drag racing team.

Earl Garber is a licensed crop consultant and rice, soybean and hay producer from Louisiana. He began his involvement in agriculture and conservation as a Soil Scientist, Soil Conservationist and District Conservationist with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Earl became a partner in Garber Farms, a large scale crop production operation in southwest Louisiana. Since 2006, he has provided agricultural evaluations on hundreds of miles of linear projects including both pipeline and high voltage electrical transmission lines. Earl has qualified as an expert witness in the areas of agricultural crop production, agricultural crop valuation and agricultural landscape restoration. Earl is an active participant in the Natural Resource Conservation and recently served as President of the National Association of Conservation Districts. Earl is the managing member of Garber & Associates, LLC. Garber & Associates, LLC. is the primary agricultural services subcontractor for Right of Way Services, Inc.
DANIEL SUIRE, ACF
FORESTRY DIVISION
Daniel Suire, ACF, is a forestry consultant specializing in timberland management, timber estimates, timber sales, boundary line maintenance, reforestation assistance, government program assistance, GIS (Geographic Information System) services, timber valuation and wildlife management. Daniel has over 20 years experience as a certified forester, and currently his forestry and wildlife conservation management portfolio includes well over 200,000 acres in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. In addition to his role as a forest and wildlife manager, he has completed hundreds of timber valuations on various sized “tracts” for numerous short and long range linear petroleum products pipeline projects. In the pipeline industry, he is recognized for his timely response to and meeting client demands which continually have resulted in the amicable acquisition of countless acres of timbered rights of way. He is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, Southern Hardwood Forestry Group, Louisiana Forestry Association and the Society of American Foresters. Daniel is the managing member and president of Willis and Suire Forestry Consultants, LLC. Willis and Suire Forestry Consultants, LLC is the primary forestry and wildlife management services subcontractor for Right of Way Services, Inc.
